Dieser Text lag über 20 Jahre in meiner Schublade!
Die erste Reaktion von meinem Vater (Jazzpianist) mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen war: "Du traust dich ja was". Darauf kam es mir aber gar nicht an. Zunächst einmal: Ich höre gerne Gospel und obwohl ich in keiner Kirche bin, glaube ich an eine höhere Macht. Punkt. Zweitens stellte ich mir selbst die Frage: Kann ich ein Gefühl für dieses Genre entwickeln? Denn nur dann kann man einen Text rüberbringen.
Nun, ohne AI würde er heute noch in der Schublade liegen. Ich gab ihn also unverändert ein, bestimmte Instrumentierung aber überließ der Maschine die Stimme. Und jetzt? Schenke ich ihn Euch! Wenn er Euer Herz berührt, gebt ihn weiter, interpretiert ihn neu! Musik muss leben! Amen.
